REFUND POLICY
LifeLight Youth Theatre Production Summer Camps (Aladdin KIDS, Aladdin JR, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Peter Pan JR) are extremely popular and fill up fast! Before registering, please ensure your camper is available for all scheduled dates, including performances on the final Friday. Full attendance is required—no exceptions, refunds, or prorated fees for missed days.
If your plans change, please note our Production Summer Camp transfer/withdrawal policy:
- A $100 withdrawal fee is required, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Withdrawals with a full refund (minus the above fees) are allowed through March 1st.
- Withdrawals with a 50% refund (minus the above fees) are allowed through April 30th.
- No refunds will be issued starting May 1st.
- Transfers are not available. If you mistakenly register for the wrong camp, you will need to withdraw and re-register or join the waiting list. Please triple-check your dates and camp selection before registering!
Refund policy for September through May weekly classes/productions-
Supply/Registration fees are non- refundable plus an additional $25 processing fee on all refunds.
• Each class that your child has attended will be prorated and deducted from your refund.
• Once a child auditions, production fees, script fees, costume rentals are non-refundable.
